Introduccion

The Academic Scholarships policy of the INTERNATIONAL CENTER FOR INTERDISCIPLINARY STUDIES CIESI.ORG EIRL ("The center") indicates a special treatment for users who wish to become scholarship holders, which provides a subsidy through the economic coverage of any of the academic programs that are available on the web portal and its programs. All academic programs are managed with the same operational and administrative structure through the Internet and composed of:

1. Of the application and admission

The individual or institutional application for an academic scholarship must be generated freely and independently, without obligation or demand from third parties and through "The Center" at www.ciesi.org/en and with the main objective of improving personally and professionally.

2. Of the economic coverage

The academic scholarship covers up to 80% of the real cost of the courses (according to each program of interest) and the remaining percentage must be covered by the scholarship recipient; except for full scholarships that cover 100% of the real cost of the courses, conditions that will be sent in the Scholarship Assignment Letter (SAL).

3. Detail of coverage of the academic scholarship

The beneficiary must agree to make use of the scholarship by formalizing their registration, for which payment must be made only after receiving the SAL. "The center" will make available to the beneficiaries digital spaces for their training, such as virtual classrooms, platforms, and everything necessary with 100% coverage for the duration of the training process. Desirably, all courses will begin with a minimum of 05 enrolled students, "The center" will reschedule and notify the enrolled students of the new course start date if this quota is not met; In this new rescheduling, the course will start with the number of enrollees that can be gathered up to this new date and, above all, the student will understand that their participation must be encouraged by her personal dedication. Likewise, the courses will be subject to changes and updates, the teaching schedule is subject to variation according to availability.

4. Of the student's operational processes

The student who has been benefited with an academic scholarship must follow the following operational and administrative processes:

There is no cost to transfer or continue your scholarship if it is requested before the program begins. If this request is made within a month of the start of the program, you must request an additional transfer or continuity registration, paying an amount of USD$50. To apply for the transfer or continuity of the scholarship, the student must have covered more than 50% of the final value of the program. After receiving the response from the scholarship department, she must keep an eye on the start schedule for the new editions or conclude the rest of the program later.

6. New registration

The student who fails, abandons or is suspended from the academic program must apply for a new current scholarship and pay the corresponding tuition fee.

7. Late completion of a module

In the event that any student, due to reasons of force majeure justified and approved by "The Center", fails to finish the planned activities within the time established for them, they can submit them for evaluation to the academic direction of "The Center". The student can request this late evaluation, as long as she has shown activity during the module, the task to be recovered has not required group interaction and the closing time of the classroom is not more than two weeks. After this evaluation, the student must request a scholarship transfer to continue with the next module.

8. Requalification of tasks, works or projects

In the event that the student requests a requalification of any work or activity, he must request it, with the authorization of the tutor, to the Academic Directorate of "The Center" The qualification resulting from the requalification, whether higher or lower than the original, will be the only one valid for official registration. The student may request this requalification, as long as she has delivered the initial task, within the time established in the respective module.

9. Withdrawal or abandonment of the program

In the event that a student abandons the program and the scholarship, there is no type of penalty or payment that must be made. It is understood that the withdrawal or abandonment does not assume a return of any amount paid. If a student does not enter an academic module for more than 20 consecutive days and / or does not deliver their evaluations, it will be assumed as abandonment, they will be removed from the classroom and / or their account will be suspended; if she wishes to activate her scholarship, she must request a new enrollment. In the event that a student remains inactive for more than 3 months, she must repeat the last module approved with a new enrollment to activate her scholarship. If the time exceeds 6 months, without communication to the scholarship department, the student must repeat the entire process. In all these previous cases, the user assigned to access the platform/virtual classroom is disabled; until he has communication for a new registration. In this situation, the student does not receive any certificate and his platform access account is suspended, without the right to access the course content.

10. Academic performance
